Shipping Policy

When can I expect my order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days after the order is placed. Delivery takes between 10 and 20 business days after the shipping date, depending on the availability of the shipping carrier and the destination. We apologize for any delays that may occur if the shipment undergoes customs clearance or inspection, or due to delays from the shipping carrier.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you in the shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order on www.17track.net.

How much are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat shipping fee of €3.99 for all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship worldwide. If your country is not supported by our logistics, we will inform you promptly and make the necessary adjustments to your order. For further information about our shipping destinations, you can contact us at service@smilegiv.com.

How can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are only possible until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the day of the order. You can contact us at service@smilegiv.com to request a change.

Can I ship my order to a different address than the billing address?
Yes, this is possible.

How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
We use various shipping carriers, including 4PX, YunExpress, Wanb Express, and UBI. The choice of carrier depends on the destination and the availability of services.

Part of the goods will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
