Return Policy
Cancellations
We accept cancellations of orders before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, we will refund the full purchase amount. Cancellations are not possible once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to process the return. Please do not return the product to the manufacturer.
Customers are only required to pay shipping costs once (including return shipping costs); no restocking fees will be charged for returning a product.
If the return is due to a customer error, the customer will bear the shipping costs. The cost depends on the shipping company selected.
If the received goods are damaged or incorrectly delivered due to our error, the customer will not be required to pay the return shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
